Wholly Frijoles Mexican Street Foods Truck Brings the Cleveland & Akron area Mexican street food with an innovative twist. We sell tacos, burritos, gorditas, quesadillas and other Mexican and Latino cuisine made with the freshest ingredients and spiced up with some of the most unique flavors that have ever dazzled your taste-buds!

Our mission is to provide a delicious, fresh, and authentic Mexican Street food experience. The Wholly Frijoles Truck was born from a unique fast-casual authentic Mexican taquería concept. We want to bring Street food back to its origins– food deeply rooted in the culture of Mexican street
vendors. We've built upon these traditional recipes and flavors to stimulate your palettes and present them to you in a unique and engaging environment…our truck! That way our customers can have a true Mexican food experience.
There are three central principles which guide us in every aspect of our business:
- Serving food that is truly authentic to the taquerías of Mexico
- Buying the freshest produce from local vendors on a daily basis

Tequila Lime Chicken
Chunks of chicken that have been marinated in gold tequila and lime garnished with sweet sautéed onions, queso fresco and cilantro lime sour cream.
Carnitas
Slow cooked pork topped with crispy onions, our homemade chipotle BBQ sauce and cilantro.
Corona Braised Beef
Slow cooked in Corona and shredded, topped with pico de gallo, sautéed onions, and cilantro.
Calabacitas
Zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, red onions, and tomato all topped with our wholly guacamole sauce and queso fresco.
Grande Burritos-$8-Choose from Chicken, Beef or Carnitas
Wholly frijoles, Mexican rice, your choice of meat, sautéed onions, pico de gallo and queso Chihuahua all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.
